A revolution in fitness & sports conditioning

Jump Stretch South Africa aims to help people improve athletic performance, improve fitness, lose weight, become more flexible, prevent injuries and get relief from chronic injuries. To achieve this, we employ Flex Bands®, - continuous band made of latex, developed by former grid-iron coach and fitness expert, Dick Hartzell. The bands provide variable isotonic resistance, meaning that the pressure changes throughout the range of motion and can be used in a variety of settings for strength training, flexibility, and rehabilitation. Hoërskool Noordheuwel First and u/16 Boys Hockey Teams to receive Flexband Training

Hoërskool Noordheuwel First and u/16 Boys Hockey Teams, sponsored by PAY EXCHANGE (pty) Ltd, each received 2 JSSA Flexbands and a stretch chart. They will all receive 3 x two-hour sessions with JSSA Flex band trainer, Pierre Assor, to assist with conditioning and prevention of injuries. These are the first sports teams at the school to train with Flexbands.
